Eerie Von's Next Tour Stop Announced: Pittsburgh Ticket Sales Underway
Eerie Von will be displaying his personal FIEND ART and Rare Photography, and performing a personal Acoustic set at The Rex Theater (Pittsburgh, PA) on October 1st, 2011.
This date represents the next stop on the event tour “Misery Obscura: The ART and Photography of Eerie Von.”

The Rex Theater, originally a vaudeville theater in 1905 , has been a fixture on Pittsburgh's South-side for over a century. Over the last decade, and full remodeling, The Rex functions as a unique full-service concert venue which boasts a state of the Art Lighting system.

This unique one night Art event will begin at 9 PM and run until 12:30 AM. Eerie Von will be available to personally discuss his multimedia art exhibit on display in the main room.
Scheduled to take the stage later in the evening, Von will perform live for a rare acoustic music set, supported musically by Acoustic guitarist Michael Joseph Ulery. During the event, Eerie will be available for Q&A's; However, this limited engagement is not set-up to include a full-blown book signing session of his best selling title,"Misery Obscura." Although, patrons of the title (stock is seriously limited) will have a direct opportunity to have the book signed informally during the event's opening.

Eerie Von's original abstract "Fiend Art" and rare, fully restored, punk rock enlargements WILL be made available for purchase on a first come basis. The 18 X 24 enlargements, taken from Von's historic negatives, is Limited to 7 enlarged prints (only one per venue). On display, among many of the highly anticipated Cave Series prints, “The Misfits Walk Among Us- Cave Silhouette” and “Glenn Danzig at Elvis' Grave” will be shown. These prints are available for purchase at the event only in 11 X 17 and 11 X 14 format (LIMITED EDITION PRINTS).

  1. I sometimes wonder what it must be like to be a traveling performer. I should think it would eventually kill a person's interest in going anywhere.
